Introducing The Sync System, an innovative platform harnessing the power of data to elevate the art of professional coffee preparation.

Through wireless synchronization via the Mahlkönig Sync app, the espresso machine and grinder exchange data through cloud-enabled technology, adjusting the grind size automatically. If the shot runs too fast, indicating a coarse grind, the app signals the grinder to refine the grind adjustment. If the shot is too slow, indicating too fine of a grind, the grinder adjusts to a coarser grind setting. This real-time communication ensures consistency in taste and quality to create the perfect cup, regardless of location.

With repeatable quality covered through automation, baristas have more time to interact with customers and increase sales volume output, all while reducing coffee waste.

Our vision is to evolve Grind-by-Sync into the go-to ecosystem for professional coffee preparation by facilitating data exchange with various coffee equipment and software solutions. Our initial launch will involve collaborating with limited commercial espresso machines to premiere the Sync technology, with the overarching goal of delivering quality coffee moments with unmatched speed and convenience.
